However, I think this infantry phalanx style of fighting is no longer suitable for modern warfare, and it would be better to replace it with unmanned units in the future.

These unmanned tanks seems really cool but I really wonder how'd they solve enemy jamming/hijacking since these vehicles seem to be wirelessly controlled. Current AI technology to my knowledge still cannot achieve full autonomy including firing at its own command etc.

You stay close enough in an armored command vehicle, it's next to impossible to jam something while the controller is nearby. It's not as if technology reached the point where you can have whole vehicle formations without human operators.
