Tangentially related. Here's a look at that micro missile. The designation is HY-1. The images imply that different seekers are available. Does anyone know anything more about the missile?
These unmanned tanks seems really cool but I really wonder how'd they solve enemy jamming/hijacking since these vehicles seem to be wirelessly controlled. Current AI technology to my knowledge still cannot achieve full autonomy including firing at its own command etc.More images of NORINCO VU-T10 tracked UGV, including a missile/ATGM launch.
You stay close enough in an armored command vehicle, it's next to impossible to jam something while the controller is nearby. It's not as if technology reached the point where you can have whole vehicle formations without human operators.
