That first image sort of looks like the kind of pets a Dalek would keep...Robotic dogs at the Sino-Thai joint anti-terrorism exercise Strike-2024. I'm not sure what payloads they're carrying.
Is that UCGV using type 86? aka PKT ?He's Using QBZ-95-1 magazine on his QBZ-191.

I can't tell for sure, but this might be an unmanned combat engineering vehicle. That could be a dozer blade at the front of the vehicle.
Colored tarps are out of control…
