This thing I find very funny, there is no doubt that the robot dog is a product of Utsuki Technology (preliminary inference from the stepping algorithm, later I saw his remote control to confirm this) this thing is designed to be eye-catching, the utility is very little

Just took a closer look this thing has wheels on its paws and 'elbows'.

I wonder if they are like luggage wheels or powered, most likely former as they are small and don't look steerable.

I wonder how well these small footprint ugvs fare in soft terrains like snow, sand and muddy fields. But if they are for urban roles then guess it's fine.
Not at all. Most robot dogs in this configuration can't climb stairs (very difficult) because of his configuration. This robot dog is modified from shelf products. Only head sensor is not enough for SLAM.

I don't think they are wheels. I think it is rubbing pads on its paws and none on the elbows. They should have no problem climbing stairs.
