I don't know what kinda people Xi has on his inner circle but hopefully not 100% ass kissers like Putin apparently has.
Trump was definitely shacked by the system which prevented him from going nuts (even though he most likely was just bluffing); however, he was surrounded by yes-men like Kudlow and Navarro. I was just addressing the "yes-men" part.
