German Navy is completely cost ineffective.

Sachsen class frigates cost 700 million EUR, display 5600 tons, require 230 crew and have 32 VLS.

Comparison to Russian Navy (never mind PLAN):

Admiral Gorshkov class frigates cost 250 million USD equivalent, displace 5400 tons, require 210 crew, and have 32 VLS.

Germany does not lack money. They lack production. Since they lack production, most of the extra funding will simply go into price inflation, not increased production of military assets.

My guess is that it takes 3-5 years to ramp up the industrial base for most existing weapon systems.
That applies to the US and China as well.

People on this board were wondering where the T-90s are. This should answer their question. Stuck in mud and abandoned close to the Russian border in Ukraine:

Well that's only one T-90. Russia has hundreds of them. Losing one or a couple to mud is not gonna do much in the grand scheme of things. When Russia inevitably takes the area, these could be recovered if not destroyed by the Ukrainians.

Interestingly the Ukrainians were happy to film themselves blowing up an abandoned Russian T-72, so its unlikely Russian tanks will be recovered for use by the Ukrainians. They lack the industry to maintain and arm them. OTOH, there are photos of a number of ex-Ukrainian T-64s being repurposed to serve in the Russian Army. So losing tanks goes both ways.

It still doesn't help with the gas issue, where Russia supplies approximately 40% of European demand.
Most of this is covered by the 4 pipeline networks below.

55BCM Nord Stream 1 (Baltic Sea)
33BCM Yamal–Europe (Poland-Belarus)
26BCM Soyuz (Ukraine)
28BCM Brotherhood (Ukraine)

If Europe wanted to completely replace this gas, given that the average new build LNG tanker carries 0.17BCM of gas, Europe would need an additional 835 LNG tanker deliveries per year or new pipelines from alternative sources.

That would take at least 3 years.

Do you know what it means when a tank gets left behind like this?

It means the unit is rushing at best speed towards some objective, if they get something stuck they will just leave it behind and keep going so as to not lose speed. It's expected logistic units behind it will recover it and get it back into action at a later time.

That's fine. Unless its the enemy that gets to that rear area, and do whatever they want with that tank.

Stop posting disinformation. Just look at their cammo patterns. Those look like Ukrainian military with light olive garb who don't even have helmets. Russian Army uses different pattern. And military requisition happens in war.
This is not disinformation. They are probably Russian VDV. Did you fail to notice their red armbands? Those are Russian markings, just like you can see on that abandoned T-90 near Sumy. Ukrainians wear yellow ribbons.
