Yes and it was rightly condemned too all over the world. Now this Cuban statement basically just said is completely fine to act in such ways. Moronic. I guess the new Cuban leadership is taking clues from Zelenskyy.

It really wasn't though, considering how the UN and the rest of the world hasn't done anything to pressure the US to ease the blockade, other than holding meanigless votes once a year where the US, Israel and some pacific island no one gives two shits about keep voting in favor of the blockade.

Heck, during the pandemic, the US blocked the shipment of syringes for vaccines so COVID would ravage the island and no one dared to condemn the US for that.
