The first goal of the Minsk II agreement is the a measure of autonomy for the Ukrainian provinces and when that isn't coming something can still be done to make the situation in the rebel areas less horrible.
Nothing to be alarmed about.

now the story of the day, which is complicated (of course I'll be simplifying, just to finish within several minutes, not to mislead you or nothing LOL I know you wouldn't believe what I'm saying anyway):

- neither Ukraine nor Separatists like it, but the former have been buying Donbass coal from the latter (but Ukraine likes the coal, and Separatists like the money for it, plus for Billionaires it's important to keep their business: paying taxes to Ukraine while giving jobs to locals in Donbass, and at the same time it's important for Ukraine to keep receiving those taxes and for locals to keep their jobs); but
- Ukrainian let's say Nationalists recently set up the blockade of railroads used for transporting the above coal ('to break conducting business with the enemy'); so
- yesterday Separatists threatened to nationalize the above businesses of Billionaires if the blockade is not lifted until the midnight of today; so
- it's unconfirmed/questioned/denied/etc., but allegedly one of the above Billionaires hired some Hooligans who today attacked the above Nationalists ...
