Their enemies strategic calculus are not static that they allow such movements unhindered or not make it uncomfortable for the British or any other Allied forces without costs. Everything that the General spelled out screams and bleeds for £££ something that the general public will have to support but in today's post-Brexit environment with dwindling £££ and cuts to important public services how are these lofty British Army goals will be fully realized? Scotland would still be miserable with or without the Union, and why would the EU accept us if our economy is worse than Greece’s was?, Pretty much the whole country works for the government so we would be immediately bankrupt.
