Obviously :D but desserves a long stick and in march Lynx with Sea Skua retired Wildcat get a new small missile but for 2/3 years and in 2018 Harpoon retired, outdated ah ! to fix urgently Smileys perplexe.PNG

Only 4 Harpoons lots from Type 22 batch 3 retired in 2010 but all Type 45 can receive

HArpoon is still a good missile.

I mam certain that the UK will get better nmissiles as time goes on...ultimtely including the LRASM.

Yes...what I was saying was a declarative sentence...meaning that I love seeing the harpoon missiles on the ship. Glad they are there.

Having those daring DDGs without a good SSM was ridiculous IMHO...even more so than the LCS not having them.

Fortunately...they are all being fixed and it is apparent that they really must be...so the Darings have Harpoons now (perhaps better missiles even later like LRASM, or Naval Strike MIssile. And the LCS on the US side are being outfitted with either Harpoons or the Norwegian missiles as well.
