My video is on the first page is real, though might not be the one over Hangzhou.:/

I believe this is the footage from the sighting in Xinjiang which happened just a few days earlier than the Hangzhou event.

The official explanation given in Peoples Daily, was that this was a US Ballistic Missile Test!! How such a missile would be clear from Xinjiang is not clear to me at all.

Why the US would test a missile over a major Chinese city is beyond me as well, but hey, those damn capitalist imperialists will do anything just to get a rise out of China :nana::china:

It was not an "official explanation", just the Xinhua local reporter quoted a local "expert"s statement, and soon been dismissed by other "experts" as neither timing nor location fits the US missile scenario.

The local expert didn't know what he was talking about since the range of the missile in question and the testing location of the missile (in the Pacific) wasn't enough to reach Xingjiang. To make the matters worse the so called expert also made the calculation that the missile took four days to reach Xingjiang, leading to the joke that the Americans developed missiles that circles the globe numerous times before striking their targets :roll::roll:

I ignored this thread figuring it to be full of hoax type posts and photo's...

However just today I read a news article posted on Yahoo complete with embedded video of something that looks very interesting. New propulsion system (that the US itself has likely had for sometime already)?

None of the other video's I saw in this thread seem to show this and the report indicates that it is a follow on story to an original ABC News article. There is also comment from a Chinese Military official saying he can provide no further details other than that the government knows what it is, and that it is military related.

The technology must be pretty mature for the U.S. to test it over China, in one of the most well populated areas! Just imagine if the vehicle were to fail/get shot down... the implications are simply too great.

First of all, the Chinese characters on the video states that it's UFO over Nanjing, not Hangzhou. Second of all, come on, man! That's 99.99999% a hoax!

Thanks to whoever for slowing down the playing speed of the video, the "UFO" is clearly seen to be painted into place. :p

Ha ha c'mon! Look at that video! The flying saucer went into warp speed, Star Trek style. Talk about (alien) life imitating art.
