New block Type 056A at the Hudong Zhonghua shipyard getting fitted. You can see the "wifi" on top of the bridge, the enhanced ESM units and the larger SATCOM at the back.
Note the shed in the back. That's where future 056A or frigates might be born. I think two of the 4 054A/P are being done at Guangdong Huangpu, one of the other two Type 054A maker, the other two will have to be done at Hudong Zhonghua the other maker of the 054A, and this shed is likely its going to be done.

This looks like Hudong Zhonghua to me, and that's around five new 056, more than the three we have seen earlier. All these belong to the new batch. One Type 056A is missing its pot shaped array over the deckhouse, but its probably because it hasn't been installed yet. We have not seen where the production of these ships are ending. Good detail on all the ship's fittings, including the new ESM unit.

What is the ship on the right (stern visible; pennant 937)? It does not look like a Type 072III LST (note the flight operations area and the very tall mast).

IMO it is the 937 Soummam of the Algerian Navy, a DAXIN-class trainingvessel. It is build at HDZH.
