Damn, each passing day I'm becoming more and more Kaan-sexual...
Is it doing SAR + surface search + track and air search and track all at the same time or am I mistaken?MURAD test flight on Akinci, tracking both air and sea targets at the same time:

MURAD can track high off bore sight targets as well as all aspect ones without issues.
@Radonislav the scale is in NM![]()
Haha dunno but I do see airplanes and boats, so...Is it doing SAR + surface search + track and air search and track all at the same time or am I mistaken?
It's just far more pleasing to the eye than P0 and Hurjet, you don't have to love it through tears anymore.Damn, each passing day I'm becoming more and more Kaan-sexual...(Who would've thought?)
That’s the benefit of electronically scanned array. You can sweep a huge cone in front of the antenna exponentially faster because you don’t need to physically move the antenna to do this.Is it doing SAR + surface search + track and air search and track all at the same time or am I mistaken?
Though not all AESA's are created equal. I think doing these all at the same time is more related to digital beamforming (controlling each module or small groups of them individually?)That’s the benefit of electronically scanned array. I think that's called interleaved operation.Though not all AESA's are created equal. I think doing these all at the same time is more related to digital beamforming (controlling each module or small groups of them individually?)
