The constellation developed by Fergani is exhibited at TEKNOFEST

- The 100 kg class microsatellites produced by Fergani will provide service at altitudes between 500-600 km.
- Two satellites have been built so far. The ultimate goal is to build a system of approximately 100 satellites.
- These satellites will have various payloads such as communications and geographic positioning (GPS).
- These satellites, which will be able to provide communication in the Ku, Ka, S, L bands, will have a global coverage network.
- Fergani constellations will provide innovative technology solutions to many global needs in maritime, aviation, IoT, meteorology, logistics and other enterprise markets.

I've noticed that the new CEO of TUSAS isn't really less enthusiastic about his job than Temel Kotil. Or is it because of Teknofest that he's so energetic :)

Also no sign of BM100 so far...

Selcuk said the following in a live interview at ULKE TV

"Our global positioning satellites will be ready for use in 7-8 years. We will send the rocket we developed with our own resources to space next year. We will send our global positioning satellites, which we developed originally with our own resources, to a distance of 2500 km."

Also 10 Kizilelma's will be flying in 2026. It used to be 48 but I think that the AI-25TLT variant is not going into production and serial production to start with the AI-322F.

Selcuk said that they'll have to depend on foreign engines for a few years and in 5-6 years they'll produce their own engines and Kizilema will come with different engines.

- TF6000 has undergone 60 runs
- The first TF6000 engine is dismantled for examination, the 2nd is currently on display (at Teknofest)
- The TF6000 needs to mature before the TF10000 is to be tested
- There is already interest in the engine, several customers have asked for a pricequote

Looks like TAI has changed the design of the Heavy GP helicopter again. All roads lead to the Blackhawk...

View attachment 136665

Edit: It's now shrunk to 10 tons. So basically a Turkish Blackhawk with Gökbey elements. I wonder if it'll also use the T700 engine?

First flight now in 2026.

"TUSAŞ General Manager Mehmet Demiroğlu: "Initially, there was a mock-up with a ramp designed according to the request of the Naval Forces. Later, in our meetings with other forces, we found it appropriate that the need was closer to the current general purpose helicopter GÖKBEY or T-70 helicopter..."

FF in '26, FD in '28 to firstly the forestry service in firefighting configuration. Other configurations to follow. In his words, Atak-II will change also and won't be cancelled but rather called a rollback. With the redesign of the engine and drivetrain, half of the work would be done anyways. Also they'll continue with the Ukrainian engine for now while also working on TS3000 by TEI. Ismail Demir also spoke about this engine at the roll out of Kaan IIRC.

"We are currently continuing with Ukraine, there is no change there. Of course, we are watching the course of the war with concern. Hopefully, there will be no problems that will affect us, but our work on our 3,000 horsepower helicopter engine project continues. We will carry that out together with TEI. We plan to put it into use as soon as possible after TS1400."

It sounds like the TS3000 already under development...? Is TS3000 going to be rearshaft driven too? Otherwise they'll need to redesign the drivetrain again...

@Radonislav any remarks about the vid? Have I correctly translated the CEO?
