Curious... they have or almost in order 100 - 116 F-35A a big qty and going for build their own fighter, i don' t see Typhoon me.
How are they able to afford such large numbers of F35's when even the Brits are talking about cutting back on the final number of aircraft purchase to the extent the two Elizabeth Class carriers may have to share air wings.

Price per unit is dropping but availability and deliveries combined with support chain. The Turks wanted to have a domestic repair and building ability. right now they lack that.

Zırhlı Amfibi Hücum Aracı (ZAHA) amphibious assault vehicle

Turkish company FNSS Savunma to develop a new Zırhlı Amfibi Hücum Aracı (ZAHA) amphibious assault vehicle for use on new TCG Anadolu amphibious assault ship.

According to Undersecretariat for Defence Industries of Turkey’s Ministry of National Defence, Turkey has awarded a contract to FNSS Savunma to build 23 amphibious armored assault vehicles, 2 amphibious assault command vehicle and 2 amphibious assault rescue vehicles for the Turkish Armed Forces.

The new ZAHA amphibious assault vehicle will be used to land the surface assault elements of the landing force and their equipment in a single lift from assault shipping during amphibious operations to inland objectives and to conduct mechanized operations and related combat support in subsequent mechanized operations ashore.

The new Turkish ZAHA amphibious assault vehicle most likely to be developed on Kaplan chassis. The Kaplan has a low silhouette, and with its twin 6 road wheeled tracks, has the ability operate in hot/cold weather conditions at high speed not only on asphalt and stabilized highways, but also in soft soil, muddy and rough terrains.

I think you missed the Joke.
in any case the AAV7A1 is a family of vehicles that already has a number of derivatives
The Old School AAV7 is still used by a number of nations
The Marines first upgraded to the AAV7A1 which is licensed to Hanwha Techwin as the KAAV7A1 for South Korea.
The AAV7A1 Assault Amphibious Vehicle Reliability, Availability, Maintainability/Rebuild to Standard
Which replaced a number of older parts and mounted the Vehicles on M2 Bradley chassis. and now the Coming AAV Survivability upgrade.

That all said I think this is more of a new Cousin then a continuation as If this image is accurate It would be a new chassis probably borrowing from another FNSS Vehicle and hull form with a remote weapons station likely incorporating floatation armor at the start of the build.

TURKEY READY TO BUY RUSSIAN S-400 SURFACE TO AIR MISSILES . . .

Turkey is ready to buy S-400 surface-to-air missile system from Russia on a loan granted by Moscow, Rostec state corporation CEO Sergey Chemezov said in an interview Tuesday.

“Turkey is expressing its wish, they would like to receive a loan,” Chemezov told the Rossiya 24 broadcaster “As soon as an agreement is signed and a decision is made on the amount of the loan, then we will sign a contract on the supply, including the S-400.”

The S-400 Triumf (NATO reporting name: SA-21 Growler)is an air defence missile system developed by Almaz Central Design Bureau of Russia. The new system replaced the S-300P and S-200 air defence systems of the Russian Army.

China was the first to buy the Russian-made S-400 surface-to-air missile systems. It was announced in the spring of 2015 that the relevant contract had been signed. According to media outlets, the deal was worth about $3 billion.

Turkish army has ordered Korkut new 35mm short-range air defense system to Aselsan from Turkey

Turkish Army has signed a contract with the Company Aselsan of Turkey for the purchase of undisclosed number of new Korkut 35mm short-range air defense system after successful qualifications tests. This new air defense system was unveiled during IDEF 2013, a defense exhibition in Istanbul in May 2013.

The whole system consists of two tracked vehicles including one twin-35mm cannon and one command and control tracked vehicle with radar. The Aselsan's Self-Propelled Air Defense Gun System (SPADGS) is newly designed and developed for effective ground based air defense against modern air threats.

The 35mm cannon vehicle is based on the new FNSS ACV30 tracked vehicle derived from the highly successful ACV-15 and ACV19 tracked chassis. The vehicle is equipped with an unmanned turret which is armed two 35mm automatic cannons from the Company MKEK. The crew includes gunner, commander and driver who are seated in the chassis of the vehicle.

The 35 mm cannons have a rate of fire of 1,100 rounds, per barrel, per minute. A 3D fire control radar is mounted on the rear top of the turret with a thermal imager and a day TV camera at the right side.

The Command and control vehicle uses the same chassis ACV30 but is equipped with a turret including 3D search radar for tracking and acquisition of targets to a maximum range of 70 km. The links between cannon vehicles and the command and control vehicle are provided by a VHF wide-band radio.

The FNSS ACV30 tracked vehicle has a greater suspension capacity and improved power pack performance offering significant more power capacity able to carry significant higher payloads which include weapon stations mounting 105mm guns or heavy air defense system.

ACV30 platform chassis is provided with a unique, space laminated armour system combining steel and aluminium technology for a protection against firing of small arms (STANAG 4569 Level 4) and mine blast (STANAG 4569 Level 2). The ACV 30 can run at a maximum road speed of 65 km/hr with a cruising range of 500 km.

The vehicle is fully amphibious and propelled in the water by two water jets mounted at the rear of the chassis at a maximum speed of 6 km/h.
