I believe that the Chinese side only said that they would move the export license approval of rare earths for American companies to the top of the queue. The lack of details about the deal from the American side informs us that this deal is not very good from them.
The problem that a lot of American thinkers have is that China is not interested in a war with the US. Even as part of a geopolitical contest, China is already making massive gains without having to fight so why take a risk and upset a system where you're winning?

Trump is trying to get the USA to get used to what mostly authoritarian countries are often known for and good at. I. E grand military parades and military marches mostly done to boost the regimes legitimacy and show it has power/capabilities.. The USA has never really had to do all this, Moreover the country has already been long known to have the strongest military on earth by a margin. So there was never really a need for this false military parade for political posturing, showing off or propaganda. Trump is known for admiring all the worlds past and present authoritarian and dictatorial leaders, so of course he is trying to copy even the stupid things from them. Lol. It will all stop once he's gone in 3 years
But the Muslims are right in this case. Jewish lobby had control over US election, and is responsible for suffering of middle east and US domestically. And to some extent, the globe, such as in Hong Kong riot, and in Asian financial crisis. That is just in recent history.
The marching is a slop. They couldnt bother to spend 1 day to retrain their drills like basic training days
Why would you even bother to hold this parade? The US Armed Forces are not trained for this type of event and really have no history of putting on large parades on the regular. What exactly did they expect?
Of course it doesn’t make sense. Nothing Trump does makes sense. In fact the second Trump presidency doesn’t make an ounce of sense either.
