If I am understanding the facts correctly his father died around the same age from a sudden cardiac event. The latest report from Lindsey Graham's death is that he died of an aortic dissection due to arterial stiffness (his main artery from the heart had hardened and then ruptured). So nothing really out of the ordinary for a person with a family history of cardiac issues.
