Maybe President Trump is provoking a civil war so he can declare a state of emergency and remain president indefinitely.

Did they make a movie like that recently, where the Hong Kong guy claimed he was from Hong Kong (meaning not China), but the guy dressed up as an ICE personnel still carried out his mandate.

A compelling show, to say the least.

It's just so school yard bully.

Some bigger boy stands up to you, you're too afraid to 1 vs. 1 him, so to compensate, you beat up some little kids to show that you're still the "boss" while your sycophant buddies scream "get them, boss! you're still the best yeah!"
