you are going to have a double whammy impact of a drying up of foreign talent import at the same time as your own domestic talent would rather stream themselves playing games and doing lewd acts for their OnlyFans pages than actually study to even get into university to start with.
Excellently said in the entire post,
As for this quoted bit i think thats the scammers/elites intention in a way isnt it? You will see them berate getting educated n building talent/skill alot, cut funding to education/make it super expensive, create a job market where you earn money more easily via streaming or onlyfans or any of these other fields.
They fill the gaps with foreign labour for a while, and as soon as they could (like they are hoping right now) replace real people with robots/machines/ai they accelerated towards it,
People can go back to being uneducated or low educated, low skill peasants that are given enough to feed n cloth etc, so they never rise.
Meanwhile true education knowledge and all that is reserved for the class of people.
How many times you see this sentiment online from so many people already, and a big number of ai-tech oligarch hoping the recent ai/robotics will finally help get rid of people as much as they can.

LMAO Medvedev tells Trump to hurry up and take Greenland already or else Russia will do it.

Senior Russian official says Greenland could vote to join Russia if Trump does not hurry

Jan 13 (Reuters) - Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said Greenlanders could vote to join Russia if U.S. President Donald Trump did not move quickly to secure the Arctic island, Interfax reported on Monday.
“Trump needs to hurry. According to unverified information, in a few days there could be a sudden referendum, at which the entire 55,000-strong Greenland could vote to join Russia," Interfax reported, quoting Medvedev, a former Russian president.
"And then that’s it. No new little stars on the (U.S.) flag."

Would be hilarious that Russia set a trap for the end of NATO by innocuously assembling Russian ships around a Greenland, triggering US intervention and annexation. The ultimate 5D troll move...

I hope China does not cave to this and cut off Iran. Making policy based on the whims of a man who might announce tariff changes any day he wakes up on the wrong side of the bed is not a good bet in the long run.
Have we already memory holed the entirety of 2025? You know, the same year China made $1.2 trillion trade surplus?

I mean China just put massive export control on Japan, China's 3rd largest trading partner. Right now it's Trump who need to worry about China implementing restriction on the export end.

I would agree with all rest of the points except this one, The biggest welfare beneficiaries in US are the rich elite and corps, not regular poor people, the myth of the 'poor black/minority' welfare recipient eating lobsters and not doing jobs is just that.
I am sure there are folk who scam the system but that scale is hella small
I don't disagree that there are welfare in all levels, including corporate welfare. As for the poor, there are groups of people, I will not name them here, that have relied on welfare for generations. I live in California. We always see Mexicans who came to the U.S. illegally, without this benefit. They thrive with all the service jobs and construction work. They are able to live in this high cost area and have family etc. I also see their U.S. born counterpart that are on welfare. Welfare was supposed to be a short term help for those in need, not multi-generational dependency. I am very willing to help those who are trying, but in many cases, that is not what we have.
