Yes open that can of worms. I bet the US will declare they get to do it but no one else can. Enlist private firms to be cyber attacked. And of course they're going by the assumption that their hackers are the best. If as they claim China has hacked into everyone, that means China is already "in" waiting for the green light. There's a report that in Russia all German luxury cars have stopped working. Oh so Germany has a "kill-switch" on their cars as the West has accused China has on all their EVs... Yes accuse others of what you're already doing and voila... what the West is alarmed at the accusation of China doing what they have been already doing and it's not as serious anymore when you find out they were doing it all this time.
Remember the good ole days when the US demanded China adopt Western AI because there was an assumption US tech was ethical and they wouldn't do anything subversive with it? They accused the Chinese version of TikTok was educational while the American was intentionally not and know they're paranoid over Chinese educational AI in toys. Now they don't talk of such nonsense anymore because everything the West does is about brainwashing people even children into their favor.
