NEW ORLEANS (Aug. 30, 2011) Lt. Lori Campbell is thanked by a nursing home resident that was evacuated from Plaquemines Parish, La. during Hurricane Isaac, before the residents return to the home. After water began topping the levees near the nursing home, more than 100 residents were evacuated by the Louisiana Air National Guard to Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base New Orleans.
