MEDITERRANEAN SEA (July 24, 2012) Sailors signal that an F/A-18F Super Hornet assigned to the Bounty Hunters of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 2 is ready for launch from the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72). Lincoln is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility.
