ACIFIC OCEAN (May 23, 2016) Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class John Davis signals an MH-60S helicopter assigned to the Blackjacks of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 21 during vertical replenishment training aboard hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19). Deployed in support of Pacific Partnership 2016, Mercy's mission is designed to emphasize multilateral cooperation and building mutual trust in the Indo-Asia-Pacific.
