I think it's premature to speculate on the submarine's true condition. Many are speculating without proof. I recommend waiting.

Footage of a Russian Molniya-2 UAV and FPV drones attacking a Ukrainian army UAV launch site. Judging by the video, three Ukrainian servicemen were inside the building. The video was filmed in Kostiantynivka in the Donbas.

There is close to a zero percent chance that it’s not damaged, now wether the damage is repairable or not we don’t really know and in this photo they don’t show the stern where the damage would probably be

Anyway, I would find strange to use that sub until a throughout assessment.

That explosion is way too close to that sub for nothing to be damaged, it's practically on the waterline at the back of the sub. Especially in a enclosed harbour, the concussive force doesn't really have anywhere else to go.

That sub will absolutely have taken damage. The props are almost certainly toast, and there is likely to be stress damage to the rear especially.

However, the fact that it was tied up at port will help to mitigate some of the damage, since it’s when subs are underwater and pressurised that they are most susceptible to close by explosions due to the increased pressure differential.

It would by kinda funny if the Russians took the rear quarter of the kilo that eat that storm shadow and replace the rear of this sub to bring one fully functional kilo back online in record time.

A Russian drone attacks a group of Ukrainian FPV drones. To conserve battery power, the drones do not fly but wait for targets. Russian drones also use this method. After detecting the Ukrainian drones, the Russian drone dropped ammunition. The video was filmed in the village of Mayak, in the Pokrovsky district of Donbas.
