The Russian army launched a new missile strike on Kyiv on the night of June 15. Iskander ballistic missiles, Kh-101 cruise missiles, Zircon hypersonic missiles, and Geran-2 drones were used in the attack. According to media reports, more than 40 targets were hit in the strikes. Numerous fires were reported in the city. The cities of Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Kryvyi Rih, and Dnipro were also hit.

Whatever your opinions on the war, considering how the burning of the Summer Palace still haunts Chinese people to this day, attacking UNESCO heritage sites anywhere should never be tolerated.

Also, if Russia still wants to break Ukraine's civilian morale with the bombings, bombing one the country's most important monuments is a funny way to do it.

Russians won't strike a religious site because they are religiously devout or superstitious, considering Orthodox is old school hardcore, like the veneration of idols, relics and statues, the source of blessings, even having religious relics accompany Orthodox priests brought to individual units in order to bless those units. Something like this amounts to desecration if you deliberately attack a church and could be punished with eternal hell. Something like this is more likely a result of all too frequent SAM miss falling on the ground or EW diverting a drone or missile off course.

Quite often, with both sides, no matter what the fighting is around the settlement, the church is left untouched. Do you wonder why both sides devoutly return bodies to each other? Because to the Orthodoxy, a body is a sacred vessel, and needs to be properly buried in preparation for the Second Coming. These actions answer to God and not to political leaders.

Not related.

PAC-3 missile remnant found in the streets of Kiev. This aligns with Ukraine getting a new shipment.

False equivalence and meaningless huffing and puffing aside, if that fire was the result of a Russian strike, there‘s no chance the Palace would be remotely as structurally intact after a Geran or Kalibre had dumped several hundred kilos of HE into it. If it had been a targeted strike, that Palace would be little more than a pile of rubble or a hole in the ground, depending on what munition(s) were used.

Cause of fire is far more likely to be the result of falling debris or AD munitions.

Russian sources talk about the remains of Patriot missiles from the last delivery, which supposedly had a considerable expiration date. Well, this is probably not the last case of failure, it happens. I think a deliberate attack can be completely ruled out, after all, every true Russian is of the Orthodox religion. The Russians themselves announced attacks on production infrastructure and airports.
By the way, the usual "joke" of the UK is to mine Orthodox churches or blow them up when retreating. Sometime 3 years ago, they shot up a large monastery from a distance, unfortunately I don't remember which one.
Orthodox believers in Ukraine have to register and most Orthodox priests are forbidden to work.
Just to end it. Perhaps history will decide the guilt one day, but there are more than one culprit. Of course, it all started with the Maidan putsch.

Strikes by two Russian 3K22 Tsirkon hypersonic missiles during a combined strike on Kyiv on the night of June 15. The missiles' speed is so high that they are practically invisible. The video also shows the launch of a Ukrainian Patriot air defense missile at a high-altitude target. Russian Geran drones, Kh-101, and Iskander missiles were also used in the attack on Kyiv; their strikes are shown in the second part of the video. The video has been abridged, showing only the moments of the missile impacts.

Russia's first FPV drone attacks in Kramatorsk. Russian FPV drones "Prince Vandal Novgorodsky" began attacking Ukrainian military vehicles in the city of Kramatorsk. The first part of the video shows an FPV drone flying through city blocks and striking a Ukrainian UAZ Patriot military jeep. In the second part of the video, the FPV drones attack a repair base, two Ukrainian T-64BV tanks, a MAN HX81 tractor, and a MAZ 537 tractor located near the building.

Dovha Balka falls. The Russians are conducting creepzeig west of Konstantinovka as the city appears to fall over 90 percent into the red and grey zone. Russian maskirovka strategies makes it difficult to assess where their true offensive directions lay.
