Summary:
- 5,000 North Korean Special Operations Forces personnel are being transported from Vladivostok on Il-76 transport planes to a military airfield in western Russia, from where they are now heading to the combat zone, the NYT writes.
- At the moment, North Korean troops are concentrated only in the Kursk region and are not yet taking part in hostilities, the newspaper says.
- The first secretary of the North Korean mission to the UN, Il Ha Kim, denied the transfer of Korean troops to Russia.

First time I'm seeing Russian FPV drones hitting Ukrainian power stations, this across the Dniepr in Kherson. That and seeing Russian FPV drones hitting NATO 155mm artillery, suggests the drones now have increased range, although it's not clear to how much.
Ukrainian tank had it's turret blown up after being hit by an FPV. Normally an FPV drone won't do that, and it's been known tanks can take multiple drone hits. But this went up with a bang which suggests the tank is fully loaded with ammo and fuel to fight for an extended duration.

Russian kamikaze drones "Geran-2" began to be used in Ukraine with direct control of operators. To communicate with the operator, a built-in 4G modem and a Ukrainian SIM card are used, and SIM cards from other countries can also be used. A drone in such equipment is capable of operating over the entire territory of Ukraine and any neighboring country where mobile communications work.
