To me that Bradley just behind the Leo tank looks too big compared to the tank and the Bradley closer to the camera. Could it be just the perspective?
In other news, Forbes and CNN are reporting substantial heavy vehicle losses on the Ukrainian side.

This war has shown that Arty (+drone support) still is king.
I wonder if Russia will lend some to China?
They'll happily share them i believe. Like there is enough Leopard there to share and exhibit.
Those 2A6's. man that's a big oof. One of the best Western MBT has to offer, 1 m frontal turret LOS. Improved fire control etc. Where were the HImars and other assets to hunt Russian artilleries, also where is the Ukrainian attack helicopters and aircrafts to cover them. Those long coloumns without air group is invitation for a turkey shoot for Russian Ka-52 with 10 Km range Vikhr.
Also Gepard should be advancing together with them to swat out any UAV's. But well i guess they have other thing in mind.
I guess the Storm shadow operated by Ukraine only have unitary warhead. Storm shadow could also carry cluster warhead, and that can sweep Russian trenches.
Storm shadow will hit nada and HIMARS too...Problem is gps jamming.
Those 2A6 would have been nice to fend frontal attack of the column but damn, they are getting peppered from above with artillery and from under by mines, we add Ka-52, what can they do ?

Seems like a waste to use a $2M missile to kill 2-3 people in a trench?
They dont really rely on GPS tho. Storm Shadow also have TERCOM and apparently an IR imaging seeker so something like DSMAC. While GMLRS Himars have INS so it can still hit something albeit bit lower accuracy.

For the IR, it's relying on targeting information (DSMAC), so for a trench or moving troops, i'm pretty sure it's no very good...for a know building it's nice. The missile is fire and forget, I don't think you can guide it in terminal phase. Tercom could help if they have good maps but it rely on data too.

So, one thing I am interested in knowing is if there had been any preparatory artillery barrage from the Ukrainians before this attack, or any subsequent counter battery efforts from them during/since the Russian artillery started prolonged mass shelling of the Ukrainian advance?
