Hello, I would like to know if it possible to find out where and when this photo was taken?
And what model is this exactly, if I may ask?

It's an old Q-5D (usually in green) from the old 28th Air Division - if I'm not mistaken - from the abolished 82nd Air Regiment.
Excellent, but it seems strange for a plane to be all green. Even in WW2, at least, Soviet aircrafts were painted blue underneath to blend in with the sky. Is there a particular reason?

If you fly it low or during the night having a dark green color is clearly not bad at all. Threat from the past 50 years are not AA gun anyway and the Q-5 was not for dogfights so color is a bit irrelevant.
