when I was child,I really loved those little people's book, Mandarin Title comic books called 小人书,I am a cantonese, we called 公仔书, they are the same meaning- the little people's books.
my first reading the comic books in my child hood is Outlaws of the Marsh 水浒传,description Liangshan rebel 108 of heroes, against the darkness of the Song dynasty rulers.
The second set of comic books is Romance of Three Kingdoms.

i have soooooooo much of those. my uncle kept buying 'em for us as gifts, and though we really don't read them, but it's the heart that counts, so we always take them. but we have to find somewhere to put them.

what kind of comic book do you like? Chinese or Japanese, or Hong kong style? Bruce Lee? have you ever read 老夫子?

Me and the Children like Japanese because we can sorta understand Japanese, being the only Asian language ever having been taught at school, and university for a long time. Followed by Marvel DC and Dell, and MAD Magazine of the 60's 70's.
