Chinese friends are not going to like this, but coming from a French Rafale operator, the assertions are expected.

The real nugget of this report is this: When an Indian delegate interrupted, claiming the reports were “Chinese disinformation” and no Rafale was shot down, Captain Launay ignored the remarks and continued his analysis.

He blamed the Indian Air Force entirely for the Rafale being shot down, arguing that it had nothing to do with the Rafale itself.

It sounds like he's shifting all the blame for Rafale's downing onto the Indian Air Force.
Yes. And really that is where the blame lies. Though there is no doubt that J-10C & PL-15 combo is deadly but as already observed by many members here, the over-riding factor was IAF incompetence. Why else would PL-15 hit at the edge of it's range? Conducting defensive maneuvers immediately after missiles' release may have saved the Rafale(s).

But the most enjoyable bit was the French Commander ignoring the interjection by the Indian delegate as not worthy of a response. That is quite a snub even though Indians are customers for French hardware.

Google is such garbage now. I tried searching on this and all I get are Indian articles talking about Pakistan airbases being attack.

I mean I know Jai hinds suffer from delusion but when your main channel to search is full of crap, they don't have much choice.
Thats kinda because thousands of indian websites cover the topic and are pretty much the same flooding search engines and ai-bots with diisinfo to make it believe it to be true, Russia has been doing the same with Ukraine.
I wouldn't expect Amritsar to hold any high value AF targets with it being within shelling distance from the border, although it is listed as housing a portion of the No. 224 Squadron and AD equipment.
Amritsar base had some AD stuff i think, the Akash ones

That’s just how Indians roll man. If they can’t beat you in reality, they will do everything to beat you with a keyboard. Remember how Europe found hundreds of “NEWS” sites claiming to be from the EU only to be traced back to India.

It’s to the point that I don’t even think it’s a conscious organised effort anymore. Considering the amount of BS coming from the Indians I think it’s just Indians click-bating, rage-bating and just looking to for the sweet sweet ads $. I mean nothing is easier than just copying and pasting an article and calling it news. With all the AI channels as well, just tap out some BS have text-to-speech take care of the rest.
