You're thinking about military applications, the intention is to cause droughts and floods. It is a terror tactic primarily intended to cause suffering instead of any concrete military aims.
India is operating on Israeli tactics. BJP Hindutva doctrine is the local version of Zionism. Lives lost does not matter. What matters is Greater Israel and Akhand Bharat, mythical states promised by god thousands of years ago. If you understand Zionism, you will note BJP is a carbon copy of that system. Just like Israelis are deluded by their myth to the extent that even a crystal clear genocide does not register in their mind (or is justified), BJP has achieved the same among it's followers by employing myth.
I am personally doubting this until more evidence is shown. That again, given how mountainous the terrain is, SAM sites may not even detect incoming munitions until it is hot, espectially if there is not effective AWACS support. India's air defenses are far less integrated with each other as well, so a stike is possible.
Jammu is not mountainous. It is near the base of a mountain range, on flat land extending into Pakistan nearby. Mountains are behind Jammu, extending into Indian Kashmir. Jammu is more likely to have issues with mountains if ground radars are placed in India behind Jammu, and maybe AWACS operating in Kashmir Valley.

Looks way too small for an aircraft, more like a drone. No way India is sending an aircraft inside Pakistan after what happened two days ago
Manned aircraft can end up on the wrong side if systems are heavily jammed. Abhinandan's Mig-21 in 2019 ended up on the wrong side because of this.
What's wrong? Indian has weaponized those dams. Now, their reserve levels are low, which makes this the perfect time to destroy them. Or are you worried about escalation? Well, without water, Pakistan is going to have a very hard time. Do or die.
Those are different dams that were already given to them in the previous treaty to withhold water. They are unrelated to the yet-to-be-built dams on the Indus River.
The IAF sent 1 random plane over enemy territory right after they lost a bunch while still in their own territory? For what reason? Why would an IAF plane be alone randomly over Pakistan? Planes operate in groups, you don't randomly send 1 fighter over enemy territory alone.
If one got shot down, it doesn't mean it came alone.
Radar ID (against non-stealth target in frontal or rear aspect) is a norm since ~1990: radars can count number of blades of engines(doppler shift). When matched with emission portrait (by any respectable DRFM rwr) and some data fusion to keep/reacquire once IDied tracks - even more so.
This pattern is quite normal and frankly very humane. Like people always prioritize enemy's most expensive units in wargames - not just because it's efficient, but because it's a strong moral boost/hit.
Can radar detect if pilot is male/female?
