Idk, such an India would work with Pakistan and China to negotiate a final border treaty and end territorial disputes and hostilities.
Nah, there's a difference between being a mighty force, which is what I'm talking about, and being a reasonable neighbor, which is what you're talking about. They don't need to come hand-in-hand. Besides, even if they did go together, we'd be talking about hard negotiating with a near peer rather than holding off a chihuahua. The chihuahua takes away the element of real danger/risk even if it is constantly unpleasantly yapping.

If you remember, that's what happened in Galwan, China official news media was staying quiet for very long while India was spreading bullshit over the world. Only few ppl knew what was the real situation, I remember when we stayed here on Galwan thread in 2020 and try to get some info from our usual PLA watching sources inside China.

I wonder what Patch would say if he were still around. He was joking that he wanted to see a Sino-Indian conflict with lopsided aerial carnage in one of the podcasts. Probably will never happen but this is the next best thing.

Jet shot down over India (we can probably both guess what countries jet this is) with the fire of a missile when it crashed. It could also be old footage.

The more erratic Indian media gets, the more likely Indian forces are being clapped. As for some reason it just so happens after the pakistani probe attack indian media is going full propaganda.

Yea that’s a fair point. I guess it wasn’t really unsettling then, because Galwan was never going to escalate. China just wouldn’t and India wouldn’t dare.

In this instance tho, the Indians having been pumping up by their own BS and having Pak as the opponent, their long time enemy and with their own self-inflated superiority, might just try some BS and have it go way out of hand.

We have to remember that the US is indirectly involved in this. And any major conflict between Pak and India is in their interests.

‘Escalation is imminent,’ Pakistan’s defence minister says

Khawaja Asif, Pakistan’s defence minister, has told Al Jazeera that tensions will continue to escalate due to India’s actions.
“I have no doubt in my mind now that escalation is imminent because of the continuation of aggression from the Indian side, both on the ground and by sending drones today all over Pakistan,” he said.

“Before that, they attacked us with almost 78 planes … and five planes were downed by our air force. So this has been going on for the last three to four days,” he noted.

“We want to de-escalate the situation … but we are forced [to retaliate] by continuous aggression from the Indian side.

“So there is a very vivid and clear possibility that this confrontation will expand,” he said, adding that confrontations could take place along the Line of Control between Indian and Pakistan, as well as the international border between the two countries.
“Before that, they attacked us with almost 78 planes … and five planes were downed by our air force. So this has been going on for the last three to four days,” he noted.

Based on the previous +125 planes battle they said. That would suggest +78 IAF and +47 PAF planes.
