India needs to be triple checked due to them shutting off the internet, while Pakistan has proven to be a very reasonable reporter. If Pakistan claims something you can be 90% sure they are telling the truth, they don't hide the injuries they had when India attacked an HQ battery.
I reworded my part. I was referring to the Galwan inflated count that Indians use. That one is US news.
This time is different for India regarding their jets getting shot down because multiple major news source are confirming. Not just one used for uni rankings.
There can be other reason: After failed 25 drones attack earlier, they need to build up on that to satisfy the internal public. Kashmir and Amritsar/Punjab are being chosen for the false flag because populations there have soft corner for Pakistan.
To be fair, ONLY India has stated they have 1 way attack drones. Pakistan doesn't have any. Yet I also think about my suspect as well.
That would depend on the sources and references used. US media, and media in general, have a habit of referencing each other so just because they all report the same things doesn’t necessarily mean credibility.
2019 was a case in point, some US site reported referencing Indian news then Indian news use said US site as a source and confirmed their own BS literally.

Man imagine you are a food truck owner and wanted to paint it in camo because you are working in a military base.
Then the next morning you go to open up only to find it blown to hell and you see your truck on the internet, with everyone claiming it was a SAM control truck.
