Well at the moment there are sortage of engineers in here too, at least in the constructive field as the pace of new building projects is fast, some might say too fast. Also we have this weird situation comming to our hands in couple years as our so called "Grand generation" eg. the generation born just after the wars is getting retiered. It will leave huge sortage of proffesionals in every field...

29C is about 84F. It's only 4 degrees from 25...............not that hot. (Especially when it's dry.....)
Ironic how Canadians and Americans are like husband and wife and still talks in different languages...

But yes, I've experienced much easier work.

You know, Golly, I wonder, why is Helsinki having a sea-water-AC? While you are doing ******* work??? Do you guys over there love the extremes?

a heat wave in calgary is like 29 degrees, don't know what it is in F. our normal temperature is like 20-25, very comfortable. and it's dry here.

Since I never learned the metric system like the rest of the world:eek: I found a web site that does conversion...

Very easy to use..and it's free...If it's free..it's for me!

Let's see 29C equals 84F....:) It's very nice here today in Cedar Rapids Iowa. It is 68F or 20C with light drizzle. Very comfortable...But it will be hot again in a couple of days:(

i love those cool days with a bit of rain... the perfect weather for sleeping.

North america is the same as finland i guess then, the baby-boomers have already started to retire, and going to finish retiring in 15 years. so every profession is soon going to need a lot of people. but then again, they can just outsource a lot of the stuff to india.

$9/h (Canadian dollars though... ugh), and usually 20-25 hours a week because I'm part time. I volunteer on the days I don't work, and that means I don't have any day in the summer that's free until August 15, in which I will be done with volunteering. Stupid CAS... Our coordinator demanded 150 hours of volunteering! Where's the C and A?

Planning to spend some of my money the next time I go back to China, everything's so cheap there! lol:nana:
