Indeed, we have never seen the WZ-X, GJ-X, or various CCA and unmanned fighter jets before.Well, as others pointed out in the past these jets fly regularly over the heads of people in cities, in plain sight. It is extremely likely there are good inflight pictures of the same quality of these on the tarmac we see now. Probably the more remarcable part is we haven't had decent pictures all this time. Well, WZ-X and GJ-X show that if they really want proper OPSEC, they can do it.
It is not ruled out that it is still in the prototype stage and has not installed all the equipment, but this is in contradiction with the progress of removing the pitot tube, that's confusing.Odd that the EOTS is just transparent
No, it's just that for prototypes and even LRIP they'd just have a solid mock-up like on the J-35A and F-35 prototype. If this is real, it kinda of looks off as every other one have tinted window. It is not ruled out that it is still in the prototype stage and has not installed all the equipment, but this is in contradiction with the progress of removing the pitot tube, that's confusing.
Understandably, the test flights have not yet reached the stage of testing the EOTS. The removal of the pitot tube merely signifies that the aerodynamic design has been largely confirmed, and this is only the first flight following its removal.Odd that the EOTS is just transparent
