It's a sight to behold for sure... It might potentially be the prettiest stealth aircraft of any type so far...

I think China will really press its industrial prowess on this one, even more so than J-20.
So at this point flat nozzles can pretty much be confirmed (whether or not it has tvc). This new image isn't clear enough to confirm the nonexistence of the groove, however I think it's safe to say that it looks fairly different than the grey airframe. My personal theory is that if a groove or something similar exists at all, it may be the case that the center of the IWB is deeper than the sides, but there are no defined edges leading to a groove. It could just be a smooth slope. I think this makes more sense as a smooth edgeless surface will not impact stealth as much.
If it’s for the Navy only there won’t be too many. Maybe only 300 total.
Why would it only be for the Navy, though?
The J-35, for instance, isn't exclusively carrier-borne.

Crazy how much in flight footage we have now but no details at all.
Which means the plane takes some optical stealth tech, successfully hiding all its details. Every time an observer photograph it, no matter how close, could only get a blurred outline.
