At the very least, it's much larger than the Type A or Type B UADFs. If you compare to the white van in the background which are on average are about 5m long, you can see that the covered plane is a little more than 4 times the van's length give or take a bit. That puts it around the 20m+ length range, much more than the UADFs which are around 13-14m length range, when they estimated at the parade.

But yeah, that thing is huuuuuuuge when you see it compared to everything else on the road. Kinda funny that it's just trundling down some random road on its trailer with no other obfuscation or protection besides a tarp.

Could this just be another airframe configuration they wanted to test? Or should they be set in stone by now

Well, we have no reason to think it is actually different in configuration to what we've seen so far, if we take on the very reasonable assumption that the airframe just doesn't have its various control surfaces installed for transport purposes.
