agreed, looks strange to me as well. the chine is discontinuous from the radome to the leading edge. looks like what you'd get if you cut out the cockpit section from another angle and pasted it in.

I think someone has made a CG Frankenstein mashup using stretched / elongated parts of the J-36’s forward fuselage. There is also no IRST under the chin.
This one is fake. The other picture in #2,286 might be real and possibly attributed to weird angle and camera struggle at that distance.
