It is always better to provide context for such postings. The "75" tail art is meant to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the PLAAF. The PLAAF was founded on November 11, 1949.
The above photo were posted by the official Weibo accounts of the PLA, AVIC and CCTV-7. All the posts are hinting that we can wait to witness the aircraft itself in the upcoming Expo.
In the meantime, I suppose this should be a
official stamp of confirmation that the
land-based variant of the J-35 will enter service with the PLAAF as well, not just (carrier-based variant) with the PLAN.
In that case, perhaps the
"PLAAF-yes-or-no-J35" debate can finally be put to rest.
