Even if these are early PAK-FA (T-50) "might-look-like" from Paralay and co. they might represent something realistic ..

Some of those pictures aren't showing for me in that thread, but here're the ones that are:

I will not be dissapointed at all if SAC's 5th gen looks something like that. But smells too much of T-50 for me to take it seriously :(

You mean the J-20 isn't the twin engined J-10? I'm shocked D:

You kidd, of course? o_O

I must say the supposed drawings of SAC's new fighter look to me a lot like what T-50 should've looked like :p
folks will sure be confused when it comes out and looks more "manouverable" than J-20, but the latter is the airdom fighter... heh

Deino, you said those pics were from paralay? But it links to CD... did CD copy it from paralay or vice versa or something? Wait -- is that drawing even meant to be of SAC's fighter?

At that time their primary guide was this image leaked by NPO Saturn :

So the question is, will they represent what SAC is doing with their NGF. Thing is people like Paralay had that leaked Saturn image. I don't think there are any such leaks regarding the SAC NGF other than that blurry wind-tunnel model.

So those pics are T-50 (or "were")!

Good that that's cleared up :D

though this is just a copy of T-50, it's rather clear. T-50 has a lot of lumps and I doubt it's stealthy from beneath.

Can we say that, the more it confirns (later) that this concept is what T50 Russian-self-usage would be - the more it revers proves (in a sense) that the current (ugly, to distinguish) T-50 is just a "marketing trick" for export?

Well, although we can not prove anything at this time yet, I strongly doubt the Russians would satisfy what the current T-50 can offer.

I wonder why pepole are so sure the SAC J-XX will be named a number between 17 and 19? And we have no clue yet if it's more similar to the F-22 or the T-50.We only know several points here:
1.There is such a stealth fighter bomber project and it will be revealed in half a year.
2.It's a conventional design without the canard.
3.The PLAAF is got involved into this project and founded it.The SAC definatelly couldn't collect billions of RMB and the necessary resouces to practice such a project without the PLAAF's help.
