How have you arrived at the conclusion that "
nobody here really knows what they are talking about"? That statement seems a bit strong prima facie, may I ask what surveys/interviews have you conducted to support that statement?
That's simply a trite falsehood, a form of participation-trophy-ism. Not all opinions are created equal. For any given subject, some are simply more knowledgable than others, and the opinions and speculations from the more knowledgable should be held at higher regard.
More importantly, respecting the right to express opinions is not the same as respecting opinions. You may express your opinions, but I have the right express mine and, in this case, it's my opinion that you didn't know what you were talking about.
