I can open as see my own attached photo fine, even when not logged in. But I can't open other people's attachment without being asked to log in everytime even if I am already logged in.

I have been having a issue for a couple days. Its intermit. Sometimes I try to log on and it goes though fine other times I try and get a page informing me that the server or web site is down.

Is there a denial of service attack going on in this site? It's been extremely slow to respond to any action of late.
