Ok, since no one even tried, I take that round for myself.

XSM-73 Goose, a US decoy cruise missile that had the job of simulating the radar signature of US strategic bombers to saturate sovjet defenses. The program was cancaled.

I'll be gone for a little, so anyone else, take it.
