If it's a European ship, it could be the Dedalo (US built Spanish light carrier).

At first I was to say that this is from "HMS Albion", but then I saw the russian officer (have to be) to the far right side in the picture...

I think the helicopters are indian (Aluette III) and the ship is sovjet/russian - one of the Kievs...
