Good enough.

Su-17M3 according to the source, but all aircraft in the Su-17 family -- the -17, -19, and -22 look alike. I think both the -17Ms and -22Ms have the dorsal hump leading smoothly into the vertical stabilizer.

yeah calling it Su-17/20/22 is more about designation confusions than anything else. Anyway, I think the correct designation for that plane is "target"

Su-17 was the name which Soviet union used in it's own FA planes. For export, names Su-20 and Su-22 were used. The "hump" is in Su-17M2 onwards. Su-20 was essentially same as Su-17M, Su-22 was same as Su-17M2 and Su-22M3/4 same as Su-17M3/4

Su-19 was never used for this aircraft. It's sometimes refered for the orginal name for Su-24 or modernised variant of Su-15.
