No that's not a CBJ-MS disassembled at all. That's a a fully assembled CBJ-MS on display with all it's optional extras around it, including the 9x19mm conversion kit.

Well, it's pretty much semantics...is is the Saab Bofors Dynamics CBJ-MS submachine gun.

It's not really meant to pick up and shoot alone as you see it on that table. I called it dissembled, you may call it whatever you wish...and are perhaps more technically correct to boot (dissembled was not the best word). But the folks who asked that question (and it was some time ago) accepted my answer and we moved on.

As it is, the thread is about answering the last question...and no one has for a while. An acceptable answer gets you to ask the next question.

This is the SNECMA C.450 Coléoptère built by the french engine manufacturer SNECMA in the late 1950s. It first flew in 1959 and was a very early jet powered VTOL concept.

Hehehe...

Arado Ar 196, ship borne recon, Germany. Built by Arado starting in the mid 30s (That's 1930s folks). I think they built something over 500 of them.

It was the German predecessor to the OS2U Kingfisher by Vought, which first flew in 1938, and of which 1500+ were built.

The AR 196 had better handling, and better speed than the Kingfisher (and pretty much any other ship born recon aircraft like this), but less range. Since the Kingfisher was to be used in the Pacific, this is understandable I suppose.

Hehehe...since this was similar to a major Vought aircraft, you can bet I am up to speed on the competition! LOL! My father worked for Vought for almost 50 years, starting not long after World War II. I also worked there for several years at the start of my career.

Well, it's me again.

This is the Caproni Stipa. Designed by a guy named Stipa and built by the italian company caproni. I believe it was built in the early 1930s.

I think Stipa inteded that plane as a mere testbed for his venturi tubed ducted fan like propuslsion idea. He wanted to put several of those engines into a flying wing design. That never materialized.

However, that design had some influence on an italian motorjet aircraft.
