been having some issues with the quote function. it doesn't always work and will open a empty dialog box with just a close bubble.

I absolutely agree, and bless your heart for keeping this old girl turning and burning, I know its a lot of work, and a thankless task, but we do appreciate it. Webmaster, I wish you Happy New Year! Did you do something to the fonts/colors/proportions during Christmas time (I was out for maybe 60 hours and now think the light blue hadn't been here before in the left banner, Reply, Quote etc. buttons -- these seem to be smaller by the way)?
Yes, some color changes... no upgrade is complete without that.
