That is what I heard as well. He made that statement at LIMA couple weeks ago. SU 33 will continue operating with the Russian navy until 2025 at the earliest. Kozhin is pretty high up in the chain. He is the chief of naval aviation.

I think navyreco was at LIMA.. Maybe he can chime in.
