Rare footage where you can immediately compare both new howitzers 2S44 "Giatsint-K" and 2S43 "Malva" appeared at the parade rehearsal in Moscow. The main difference between the howitzer "Giatsint-K" and the howitzer "Malva" is a new gun. The firing range of the howitzer "Giatsint-K" with Krasnopol-M shells can reach 50 km. It is worth noting that the SAU "Giatsint-K", like the SAU "Malva", will most likely be temporarily produced. In the future, they will be replaced by howitzers with a more modern artillery gun. Currently, the SAU "Giatsint-K" is equipped with an artillery barrel from the towed gun 2A36 "Giatsint-B".

I suspect the Russians reserved what was left of their Soviet era MSTA-B and Hyacinth-B towed artillery stocks for use to be turned into Malvas and Hyacinth-K. The Malva should have been renamed into the MSTA-K, never mind the original MSTA-K prototype that had the turret from the 2S19 SAU on a trailer.

If there is something the Russians are running out of, and that's towed artillery, either by combat attrition, mechanical breakage or barrels wearing out. But it doesn't seem that the Russian command is willing to restart making towed artillery units once again, as they seem confident that they can entirely on SPGs, drones, and air strikes when the time comes. However we are still reminded constantly that towed units are still effective in a daily basis.

A Russian serviceman spoke about the design and warhead of the Molniya-2 UAV. An improved version of the Molniya-2 aircraft-type FPV drone was recently launched in Russia. The drone is simple, inexpensive, and popular with the troops. The Molniya-2 drone is equipped with an improved interference-proof command and telemetry module and can fly at a range of up to 60 km, at a speed of up to 120 km/h, and at an altitude of 300-400 meters. The drone's warhead is replaceable and weighs about six kilograms. According to the serviceman, they receive the drones disassembled, and it is very easy to learn how to assemble the drone. Details in the video.

The particular drone in the video has a Bumblebee thermobaric warhead.

Another batch of T-72B3M and T-90M Proryv tanks was sent to the Russian army by UralVagonZavod. The video also shows the Soviet T-34-85 tank, which was adopted by the USSR in 1944 and is the latest modification of the T-34 tanks. Russian T-72B3M and T-90M Proryv tanks are equipped with factory protection against drones, it is worth noting that many consider it insufficient. In total, about 200 different changes have been made to the design of the tanks over 3 years.
