That matter isn't just the weather over Moscow, but the weather over the whole corridor from the assembly point onwards.
That's quite a lot for such a long aircraft column.

True, seems like reinforcements. Maybe there was an increase in weight.
Those are all-weather jets though right? Unless there is a tropical storm rolling in I don't see the point of cancelling.
Flybys can take weeks of preparation and they take away resources that are presumably being used. Its in bad taste to do it while there's a war going on.
Even the military parade doesn't make sense to me. Why bother parading T-14s if you aren't going to use them in an actual war?
In that case didn't weeks of preparation and flight time go to waste because of rain?
