Reportedly, the Moscow flyby was cancelled due to weather. I've also heard reports planned flights were cancelled in St Petersberg and Rostov-on-Don as well. The latter has rain, but not St P.
Flybys can take weeks of preparation and they take away resources that are presumably being used. Its in bad taste to do it while there's a war going on.Those are all-weather jets though right? Unless there is a tropical storm rolling in I don't see the point of cancelling.

Even the military parade doesn't make sense to me. Why bother parading T-14s if you aren't going to use them in an actual war?
