If Project 6 is nuclear powered, how are they going to reduce its acoustic signature?Aside from being externally carried by a Borei- or Typhoon-class boat, this weapon would have to be vessel- or shore-launched. Doing the former would probably interfere significantly with the submarine's hydrodynamics and therefore acoustic signature so the latter option is more likely.
On another note, the 100 megaton claim is now more believable than when everybody assumed it would be the size of a typical torpedo (533 mm). They could potentially use a three-stage lithium deuteride weapon with a U-235 tamper (essentially what the original Tsar Bomba design entailed).
